MY STORY

My dancing journey began at the age of 13, when I started dancing at night. I would put the music on and lose myself to the divine—connecting to the goddess, source, the universe, cosmic forces, moving through emotions and come into ecstatic flow states of consciousness. Through this dance, I would let go of all that needed to be released and make room to receive inspiration, creativity, and insights
.
This practice was something secret, sacred, and private that I never shared with anyone until I started teaching what I had been channelling. After a lifetime of many initiations in Egypt, studying healing therapies, somatic practices, and exploring temple dance and goddess embodiment, this refined practice has become what I now share as The Dance of Isis.
When I was 19, I became obsessed with Tribal Fusion Belly Dance (and I still am). As I self-trained and performed, I experienced my first gig with Estas Tonne in London, and we toured throughout England and Europe. This is how my performing career began. I then continued my dancing path, travelling all over the world—dancing on the main stages of festivals like Boom, Burning Man, Symbiosis, Bali Spirit Festival, and Earth Frequency—performing for my favourite music producers, for music videos and creative projects. Always exploring the energy and effect of conscious intention when performing in front of large audiences. Later, I trained with the founder of Tribal Fusion Belly Dance, Rachel Brice, and one of my biggest inspirations, Zoe Jakes.
I began teaching Tribal Fusion in Bali in 2016 and continued to refine my style and teaching methods, eventually creating The Azrienne Technique and The Dance of Isis ,a fusion of somatic empowerment practices. The more I taught, the more I realised the connection between belly dance as a powerful tool for transformation—releasing emotions and trauma and the inspiring results that emerged from my students.
returning to isis
When I was eight, I became obsessed with Egypt after being inspired by an Egyptian movie that felt like watching a past life. Everything about it stirred a deep memory within me.
Everything I do creatively seems to lead back to Egypt, my makeup career, my paintings, my drawings, all of my creativity leads to the ancient temples and the essence of Isis.
I decided to fully immerse myself in this memory, and I lived in Egypt for eight months. There, I discovered my deep connection to the land and the goddesses. It truly felt like coming home. I was guided every step of the way.
When I specifically returned to the Temple and Island of Isis, unexplainable memories arose. I remembered and was shown clearly, through visions and transmissions, my path and what I was here to do.
I was shown the somatic intelligence of the body, and how the lineage of Isis had been distorted over time. I received information and guidance on what path to take next. Each action resulted in workshops where I taught specific body postures and practices to clear energy and tap into the unlimited source of universal energy, and to reawaken the body as an instrument, a key to unlock the refined feminine forces and expressions that have been disconnected from over time.
Every step I took under the guidance of Isis has resulted in incredible transformation and success.
My journey has unfolded through service and daily devotion to the goddesses of Egypt, to remembering and restoring their wisdom through somatic movement, sacred dance, and embodied womb release and healing. women heal through the wisdom and remembering the divine prayer of their own body.
I’ve always felt a strong connection to source and nature, but I’ve also known times of disconnection, through pain, giving my power away to others, and not living my eternal truth. This sometimes disconnected me for years. I experienced depression, low energy, and a loss of purpose. I felt blocked financially, emotionally, and physically, unable to break the loop I was in, until I found a shift through my dance practices.
By entering trance states and connecting with my body and my power, I opened a portal to clear blockages and reconnect. Expressing my emotions through movement helped me release what was holding me back and reawaken my divine connection to my living, breathing body—resetting my whole energetic system and restoring my life force focus.
I understand how this wisdom connects with what we now know through somatic science, how the body holds memory and emotion, and how movement, breath, and awareness can rewire the nervous system and release stored trauma.
Through these experiences, using the elements, goddess embodiment, I began developing specific practices, postures, breathwork, and dance sequences, that help clear energy, open the body, and reawaken the honouring of the feminine that’s been disconnected for generations.
Every step I’ve taken since has been guided by this intelligence — what I call the Isis frequency. It has shaped my workshops, my retreats, and my teachings. I’ve seen incredible transformation in the women I work with — not just emotionally or spiritually, but physically and neurologically.
This path has become my life’s devotion: to remember and restore the ancient feminine wisdom of Isis through movement, science, and embodied experience, to help others reconnect to the power, intuition, and healing that already lives within us.
Now I am based between Egypt and the U.k teaching retreats and Isis initiation intensives worldwide, to create and awaken the path of Isis and to re-emerge what has been hidden, for global planetary healing.
This practice is about reclaiming the body — remembering how precious, intelligent, and powerful our vessel is as a channel for creative life force. When we understand that the body itself is the key to freedom of the soul and mind, we begin to access a deeper state of liberation.
For thousands of years, we’ve lived under the distortion and imbalance of the masculine and feminine energies. Now, it’s time to restore that balance — to surrender into our true power and rise.
